Terms of Service

1. Operator and contact

These terms govern the use of GalaxyDresser (the “Service”), operated by SuperGalaxy (초은하) (the “Operator”, “we”).

2. Definitions

• “Service”: the GalaxyDresser plugin for Warudo (a VTuber app by HakuyaLabs), the web service (dresser.supergalaxy.me) and the servers that support them.
• “Account”: a user account created by signing in with Steam.
• “Device”: a PC with the plugin installed that is linked to an account.
• “Conversion”: turning an outfit package into a form Warudo can use, on the user's PC.
• “Recipe”: the conversion instructions our server issues.
• “Subscription”: a paid plan that renews automatically every month.

3. The Service

1. The Service lets you put 3D outfit packages that you legitimately purchased onto your own Warudo character without Unity.
2. Conversion runs on your PC. Our server receives structural information such as the product name, file hashes, prefab settings and bone structure, and issues a recipe; it does not receive your outfits' files, textures or meshes.
3. We do not guarantee that every outfit works with every character.
4. You need Warudo (on Steam).

4. Accounts

1. You sign in and use the Service with your own Steam account.
2. If we find misuse or a breach of these terms, we may restrict or suspend your use, with notice in advance (or afterwards in urgent cases).

5. Orders and payment (Paddle)

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

1. Payment takes place in the Paddle checkout. Your payment relationship with Paddle is governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms.
2. Before you pay, we show what you are buying, the amount including VAT and that the subscription renews automatically every month. You accept these terms and our Refund Policy before paying.
3. Subscription benefits apply as soon as payment completes.

6. Subscription

1. The subscription renews automatically every month on the day of your first payment, for the same amount. The current price (VAT included) is shown on the Pricing page and in the checkout.
2. You can cancel at any time. No further renewal is then charged, and the subscription benefits continue until the end of the period you already paid for. Cancel from “Manage subscription” in the app (Paddle's customer portal), from the link in your Paddle receipt email or at paddle.net.
3. We announce price changes on this site and in the Service at least 30 days before they apply, and tell existing subscribers before the renewal at which the new price applies.
4. If a renewal payment fails, Paddle retries it; if payment still fails, the subscription ends.
5. Outfits you have already made keep working after your subscription is cancelled, ends or is refunded.

7. Usage limits

1. Free users can convert 2 outfits a month; subscribers up to 100. Each outfit (prefab) converted counts as one.
2. Limits refill at 00:00 UTC on the 1st of each month. Unused conversions do not carry over.
3. A conversion that fails with an error before the outfit is made is not counted.
4. Usage limits cannot be exchanged for cash, points or anything else, or transferred.

8. Outfits and third-party content

1. You use only outfit and avatar files that you have the right to use.
2. You are responsible for following each outfit's and avatar's license terms, including conditions for streaming and clips, and you agree to this before your first conversion.
3. Conversion results are for your own use and open only on your account and device.
4. We hold no rights in any outfit and grant no license to use one.

9. Prohibited conduct

• Converting files you have no right to use or obtained unlawfully
• Distributing, sharing or selling conversion results, recipes or keys
• Sharing or transferring accounts or devices, or circumventing usage limits
• Reverse engineering the Service to bypass its protections, overloading our servers or otherwise disrupting the Service
• Anything else that breaks the law or infringes the rights of others

10. Intellectual property

The plugin, web pages, servers and bundled components such as shaders belong to us or to their respective licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under these terms. Third-party components are subject to their own licenses. We are not affiliated with BOOTH (pixiv), VRChat or HakuyaLabs.

11. Changes to and ending the Service

We may change the Service and will announce significant changes in advance. If we discontinue the paid service, we will announce it at least 30 days ahead, and periods already paid for are handled under applicable law and our Refund Policy.

12. Limitation of liability

We are liable under applicable law for damage we cause intentionally or negligently. We are not liable for damage from causes outside our responsibility, such as your PC or network, outages of third-party services like Warudo or Steam, or disputes between you and an outfit's creator. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law guarantees you.

13. Refunds and privacy

Refunds follow our Refund Policy; personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy.

14. Support and complaints

Send questions and complaints to support@supergalaxy.me or call +82-10-3344-6941. We reply within 2 business days and, if a matter takes longer, tell you why and when to expect an answer. Payment and receipt questions can also go to paddle.net.

15. Changes to these terms

We announce changes to these terms and their effective date on this site and in the Service at least 7 days in advance (30 days for significant changes or changes unfavourable to you). If you do not agree, you may cancel your subscription and stop using the Service before the change takes effect.

16. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are resolved by the court with jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
